UPSC Recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Director (Capital Market): All the candidates interested in applying need to possess CA or Cost and Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Masters of Business Administration (Finance) (MBA) or post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Company Secretary.
Principal Design Officer (Construction): The candidates should have a degree in Naval Architecture from a recognised university or equivalent with ten years practical experience in design/installation/construction of ships.
Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications: Degree in Law of a recognized University OR Master Degree in Law of a recognized University. Five (5) years practice at a Bar or (5) five years experience in the State Judicial Service or in the Legal Department of a State Government or of the Central Government.
Senior Examiner of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications: The applicant should posses a degree in Law of a recognised university with 3 years experience in handling court cases and other legal matters or matters relating to Trade Marks or Geographical Indications.

Application fee:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25 only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
Probation:
As per the UPSC official notification, the persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.
