Being a software engineer, we can do much to our mother state and even i am planing to do. No in software but there is many grey area where we can concentrate.

Even i request to all of us to join hand do something to our state. Because our political never let us to grow. So we should something.
We should talk in our local language like other state. We have one of the sweetest language called mathili, Bhojpuri. show we should be proud on that and do the same.
Show the thumb rule to others and let them to follow.

I agree with Shankar on that Biharis politian is not having will to bring developement in bihar. Hoping Nitish will make difference this time but again its depends on the People of Bihar. We will come to forward and bring reform in Education, Health, Agriculture,. Bihairs has to come together in one stream. if we will be separted in diffent cast and region, development will be very difficult.
one most important thing what i feel is that Permannent Flood solution for Bihar. I guess all biharis have to come togther and demand from State govt and Centeral govt to do somthing for this.
